On fried capers

IF: all things are better pickled.

IF: all things are better fried.

THEREFORE: all things are better pickled and fried.


Take a few tablespoons of your favorite capers (Reese's are wonderful). Put them in a pan with some olive oil. Fry softly and swirl gently until they are crispy.

If the heat is too high they will burst. Still good.

But round and crispy is better.
