Kitchen Hack XXXIV: Foil it Away

Foil is reusable clear up until it tears. For freezer insulation, you can use and reuse foil many times. Folding the foil, however tooth-rattling, never turns out well. Keep your foil to re-use upright, such as between your wooden and flexible cutting boards.
Of course, we keep the fancy cherry board facing out and the actually-get-used-often-because-they-are-dishwasher-safe boards hidden.
Bonus: if you need to place another sheet of foil in the storage area, you can place it between the flexible cutting board and the wall, then slide the flexible cutting board out and back into its rightful place. No need for the foil sheets to get caught on each other.

Happy Monday.
