Time-Saver Fail

1. Clean an artichoke, then store in lemon water.

2. Wait a full week before you can be bothered to cook it.

3. Enjoy!


I, for one, LOVE the way oxidation looks. Don't those halves look fresh and wonderful? I mean, cleaning an artichoke probably takes whole three or four minutes. Aren't you glad you saved all that time by having this brown mess pre-cleaned and ready to cook?
