Perhaps I get a little overzealous when harvesting fresh herbs. Perhaps I view those tender leaves in the biodegradable pots from the hardware store as little more than live seasoning.
Perhaps I've grown herbs three times in the last two years and only gotten a handful of dishes out of them before they die. Perhaps it's time to start from scratch.
Wish me luck! I will do my best not to harvest until there is enough foliage TO harvest.
