Parmesan Tostadas (Slightly More Printable Recipe)

1/2 cup grated Parmesan per tostada

1. Place cheese on silicone baking mat on a baking sheet and pat to flatten into a circle.

2. Place under broiler or in hot oven until cheese melts and the edges begin to turn brown, 2-8 minutes.

3. Remove from oven, allow to cool 1-3 minutes.

4. Place over upside-down cups, mugs, bowls, etc. while still warm. As the cheese cools it will take on the shape of your dish.

Serve with Cacio e Pepe.
